Eva Parkins is the Vice President, Total Rewards at Empire State Realty Trust. She leads the company’s Total Rewards strategy, which includes compensation, incentive programs, equity, benefits, and HRIS optimization. In close partnership with executive leadership and the Finance team, she ensures programs remain market-competitive, scalable, and aligned with business performance and governance standards.

With cross-industry experience that span across manufacturing, high-end luxury consumer brands, energy, and infrastructure, Ms. Parkins brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to Total Rewards leadership. Her background includes enterprise compensation design, incentive and bonus plan strategy, equity program development, payroll oversight, HRIS implementation, and workforce program leadership across multi-entity, multi-state organizations. She has also served as a strategic advisor to senior leadership teams, supporting organizational growth initiatives, integration efforts, and workforce planning strategies in complex, fast-paced environments.

Key accomplishments throughout her career include the design and implementation of structured compensation and incentive frameworks, leadership of HRIS and payroll system implementations, and the development of scalable Total Rewards programs that balance employee experience with strong governance and business outcomes.
