Kimberly Zaccagnino Perna is an Assistant Vice President of Leasing for Empire State Realty Trust. Kim’s primary focus is the leasing of five Greater New York Metro office properties totaling 1.86 million SF and is actively involved in tenant relations, marketing, capital programs, and building repositioning. Kim joined ESRT in 2004 from CBRE.
Kim graduated from Western New England University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and holds a real estate license in the state of Connecticut.
