Grace Sucaldito is the Senior Director of Financial Reporting & Accounting Policy for Empire State Realty Trust. Ms. Sucaldito leads the Financial Reporting team in efforts to comply with the Securities and Exchange Commission annual and quarterly financial reporting requirements for public companies.
Ms. Sucaldito possesses nearly 20 years of experience in providing assurance services from her time at Grant Thornton in New York and San Francisco, as well as at Ernst & Young in Switzerland and Manila. She has served public and private clients in the financial services industry with a focus on real estate investment trusts and alternative investment funds.
She graduated from the University of the Philippines with an MBA and a degree in BS Business Administration and Accountancy and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
