Janet Yuan is the Vice President of Tax at Empire State Realty Trust. Ms. Yuan oversees the tax department at ESRT.
Ms. Yuan joined ESRT in December 2020 as Tax Manager. Prior to ESRT, she worked in the real estate tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for five years and Ernst & Young for two years where she specialized in federal and state tax matters for partnerships, corporations, and REITs.
Ms. Yuan is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the University at Albany with both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation.
