Jordan Berger is the Vice President of Leasing for Empire State Realty Trust. He takes the lead in developing and executing leasing strategies to optimize portfolio performance.
He joined Empire State Realty Trust in December 2021, and previously served as the First Vice President of Leasing for RXR Realty where his primary focus was managing lease driven capital projects with each building within the company portfolio.
Mr. Berger graduated from Trinity College in 2001, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. His most prominent accomplishments include leasing over 1.4 million square feet of property, and securing retail leases with forefront brands such as Macy’s, Mizuho, and Liz Claiborne.
