Katy Malonoski is the Vice President, Head of Investor Relations for Empire State Realty Trust. She manages all investor related activities including shareholder engagement, communication with research analysts, and messaging around quarterly reporting, earnings calls, investor presentations, and industry conferences.
Prior to ESRT, Mrs. Malonoski had 10 years of equity research experience at Citi and was a Vice President research analyst on a top II (Institutional Investor) ranked team covering the REIT sector, with a concentration in retail, triple net, office, and industrial stocks.
She is a member of ICSC’s North American Research Group and graduated cum laude from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a double major in Finance and International Business.
