Yvonne Ding is the Vice President, Multi-Family Asset Management at Empire State Realty Trust. Ms. Ding oversees our growing portfolio of residential assets, namely The Victory (561 10th Avenue) and The Chesapeake (345 E 94). She also works with our partner, Fetner, in operating these properties day to day.
Yvonne Ding studied at the University of Western Ontario – Richard Ivey School of Business. Upon graduation, she went on to work in Finance at J.P. Morgan and TD Asset Management, Consulting at Aon Hewitt and Real Estate & Prop Tech at FirstService Residential and Common Coliving.
During her career, she has served as a Board Member on several condominium boards and is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and REBNY.
