Abigail Rickards is Vice President of Marketing for Empire State Realty Trust. Ms. Rickards oversees the marketing and strategy for ESRT and the Empire State Building Observatory which includes social media, digital, email communication, website management and advertising. Ms. Rickards joined the company in 2018 after working at Stonehenge.
One of her career accomplishments is the total overhaul of the marketing strategy for the company.
Abigail graduated cum laude from the College of Charleston in 2012.
