Alec Stone is the Vice President, Retail Leasing at Empire State Realty Trust. He is responsible for overseeing the retail leasing strategy and execution across the ESRT portfolio. His role includes managing broker relationships, sourcing new tenants, and driving deal activity to enhance the value of ESRT’s retail assets.
Prior to joining ESRT, Mr. Stone served as the Director of Retail Leasing at RXR Realty, where he worked on high-profile retail transactions across New York City. With over 10 years of experience in retail leasing, he has overseen more than 6 million square feet of retail leasing, reflecting a proven track record of driving value through thoughtful tenant curation and strong broker relationships.
Mr. Stone earned his degree from Farmingdale State College.
