Erin Kalish is the Vice President, Head of Property Accounting at Empire State Realty Trust. Ms. Kalish oversees transactional accounting, which includes property accounting, lease administration, billing and collections, and observatory accounting.
Ms. Kalish was most recently the VP, Corporate Controller at Seritage Growth Properties, where she oversaw financial reporting and corporate accounting. Before that, she worked as an auditor at Grant Thornton and BDO, focusing on real estate and other commercial clients.
Ms. Kalish graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS in Finance and from George Washington University with a Master of Accountancy. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
