Joshua Attie is the Head of Investor Relations at Empire State Realty Trust. He is responsible for developing and executing the global investor relations program, communicating the company’s strategy and performance, and building relationships with the investment community.
Before joining ESRT, Mr. Attie worked for over 20 years as a securities analyst on both the buy-side and sell-side. He spent 11 years at Morgan Stanley where he served as a Managing Director and Senior Analyst within the Global Listed Real Assets Investing business, responsible for research, stock selection, and relationships with portfolio companies across a variety of real estate sectors. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Citi as a Director and Senior Analyst on the highly ranked REIT Equity Research team, specializing in the Lodging and Office sectors. He began his career at Deutsche Bank, gaining experience in Equity Research and Real Estate Investment Banking.
Mr. Attie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
