Sevinc Yuksel

Senior Vice President, Design & Construction

Sevinc Yuksel is the Senior Vice President of Design & Construction for Empire State Realty Trust. Ms. Yuksel is responsible for the design and construction of capital improvement, tenant, and repositioning projects across ESRT’s commercial, residential, and retail portfolio. She joined ESRT in 2026 after previously serving as Senior Vice President, Head of Design & Construction at Rudin Management Company.

Sevinc brings more than 20 years of experience in construction management, design leadership, and capital project delivery. Prior to her work with ESRT, she led design and construction efforts across Rudin Management Company’s commercial and residential portfolio. She also served as Vice President of Construction at Related Companies, where she oversaw construction activities for 50 Hudson Yards. Earlier in her career, she held project management and preconstruction roles at Turner Construction, where she worked on major New York City projects including 1271 Avenue of the Americas, Columbia University’s Northwest Science Building, JetBlue’s Terminal Extension at JFK Airport, and Columbia Business School.

Sevinc serves on the Professional Women in Construction’s Board of Directors. She was recognized by the New York Real Estate Journal as a “Women in Commercial Real Estate” honoree and received Professional Women in Construction’s Salute to Women of Achievement award. Sevinc attended Columbia University and received both her B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering, graduating cum laude.
