Stephen Passalacqua is the Senior Vice President, Investments at Empire State Realty Trust. He is responsible for overseeing real estate acquisitions and asset management.
Mr. Passalacqua is a seasoned real estate investment professional with over 20 years of experience throughout the US and Europe. Prior to joining ESRT, he served as an Executive Vice President at Pembridge Real Estate and Vice President at RFR Holding LLC. Throughout his career, he has led the execution of over 70 major capital transactions with combined deal sizes of over $8 billion and 17MM square feet of retail, office, industrial, residential, and hotel properties.
Mr. Passalacqua graduated from Long Island University with a B.A. in Economics and from Columbia University with an M.S. in Real Estate Development. He specializes in property acquisitions and depositions, debt and equity raising, deal structuring, and asset management.
