Tom Middleton is the Vice President of Operations for the Empire State Building. He is responsible for overseeing operations at the Observatory, with a focus on enhancing guest experience and service, maintaining attraction upkeep and maintenance, and managing employee operations.
Mr. Middleton spent over a decade at Merlin Entertainments, where he built a distinguished career in the visitor attractions industry. Since 2012, he has worked at nine different locations globally, including two in the UK, contributing to iconic brands such as LEGOLAND, SEA LIFE Aquariums, and Madame Tussauds. Most recently, he served at Madame Tussauds Hollywood, where he achieved significant milestones, including launching the first-ever Madame Tussauds Restaurant in Hollywood, CA, and delivering the best-ever guest service scores for the attraction since its opening in 2009.
Mr. Middleton earned his degree in Human Biology from Loughborough University in the UK.
