Eric Liang is the Senior Vice President of Investments at Empire State Realty Trust. In his role, Mr. Liang is responsible for new acquisition sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and formulating investment strategy.
Mr. Liang joined from Columba Property Trust and its predecessor Normandy Real Estate Partners, where he was previously responsible for investments and asset management. Prior to Columbia Property Trust, he held various real estate positions with Deutsche Bank / RREEF Real Estate and Aviva Investors focused on underwriting, due diligence, product development and fundraising for commercial real estate transactions.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting, with a minor in Statistics from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University. Mr. Liang is a CFA Charterholder.
