Patrick G. Philbin is a Portfolio Manager for Empire State Realty Trust. He is responsible for team development, oversight of properties, and building tenant relationships.
Mr. Philbin has been with ESRT’s predecessor company since 2002. Prior to his current role, he was a Property Manager in Connecticut and the Director of Operations at The Empire State Building.
He received a bachelor’s degree from Sacred Heart University and a master’s degree from Fairfield University. Mr. Philbin is an active member of REBNY and BOMA and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification.
