Samantha Sieka is the Vice President, Human Resources for Empire State Realty Trust. Ms. Sieka is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, retention, and engagement.
She works with the Human Resources team, ESRT leaders, and colleagues to foster an inclusive team environment that leverages collaboration. Her focus is on creating strategic partnerships with ESRT leaders to drive key results through a Human Resources lens.
Prior to her role at Empire State Realty Trust, Ms. Sieka had a 10-year career with Target Corporation where she held a variety of Operations and Human Resources roles.
She graduated Monmouth University summa cum laude with Bachelors of Science degrees in Business Management and Marketing. She is certified as a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
