Vincent Sultana is Vice President of Asset Management and Head of Insurance Risk at Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ESRT), where he has worked for the company and its predecessor since 2003. ESRT, a leading real estate investment trust (REIT), owns, manages, operates, acquires and repositions office and retail properties in Manhattan and the greater New York metropolitan area, including the Empire State Building, the world’s most famous building. Headquartered in New York, New York, the Company’s office and retail portfolio covers 10.1 million rentable square feet, as of March 31, 2016, consisting of 9.4 million rentable square feet in 14 office properties, including nine in Manhattan, three in Fairfield County, Connecticut and two in Westchester County, New York; and approximately 721,000 rentable square feet in the retail portfolio.
Mr. Sultana currently oversees operations and financial management for ESRT’s stand-alone retail portfolio and handles all insurance related matters for the Company. Prior to joining ESRT, Mr. Sultana was an account executive for New York-based developer Harry Macklowe and a Senior Asset Manager with Millennium Real Estate Group. Mr. Sultana received his B.A. degree from Pace University in 1990. He is a Certified Property Manager and full member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), as well as a board member of the Village Alliance, a business improvement district in Greenwich Village, New York City.
