ESRT is proud to announce the commencement of the community solar project at 500 Mamaroneck Avenue, which will serve as a new sustainability initiative to attract and retain employees who value environmental leadership and action. Due to be completed in 2023, tenants will share in the solar project’s benefits, which include:

  • Workspace in a healthy building that is leading the way to a carbon neutral future
